3 License & Permitted Use

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-entity licence to use the purchased database for your own internal business marketing and sales purposes.

Permitted Uses

• Sales prospecting and lead generation for your own business
• CRM import for your organisation's internal use

Not Permitted

• Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the data to any third party

4 Prohibited Uses

5 Payment & Pricing

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.

6 Delivery Policy

• All databases are delivered digitally via email in Excel (.xlsx) format.
• Standard delivery time is within 4 hours of payment confirmation during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM IST).
• Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next working day.
• Please ensure your email address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email details.
• If you have not received your order within 24 hours of confirmed payment, please contact us immediately.

7 Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy:

Eligible for Refund

• The database was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment despite multiple follow-ups.
• The delivered file is corrupted, unreadable, or completely different from the product described.
• The data accuracy falls significantly below our stated 95% guarantee (verified with a sample of at least 50 records).

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Partial dissatisfaction with specific records within the database.
• Improper use or misuse of the data by the purchaser.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

8 Data Accuracy

We strive to maintain a minimum of 95% data accuracy across all our databases. However, B2B contact data is inherently dynamic — professionals change jobs, email addresses, and phone numbers over time.

• We verify and update our databases regularly, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy at the time of delivery.
• We are not liable for any bounce rates, undeliverable contacts, or outdated information within the acceptable 5% margin.
• If accuracy falls below 95% (validated on a representative sample), please contact us for a replacement or partial refund as per our Refund Policy.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, database structure, and software — is the exclusive property of B2BLeadscom.com and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
